Pool Points Program

‘Ottawa Valley Pools Ltd.’ “Pool Points” program (also sometimes referred to as “Reward Points” or “Bonus Points”) is a loyalty program through which customers are able to receive discounts on their purchases.

Earning Pool Points

• A baseline rate of 1 point per 10 dollars spent (after tax) is awarded for any purchase at Ottawa Valley Pools Ltd.
• Many promotional products will have Bonus Pool Points – typically ranging from 100 to 1000 points. Look for promotional flags throughout the site.
• Pool Points may be awarded from time-to-time as part of other promotions.

Spending Pool Points

• During checkout, your Pool Points can be spent to receive a discount on your purchase at a rate of 20 points for $1.
• Pool Points can be spent only on purchases with subtotal of $50 or more and only up to 50% of total can be paid for using Pool Points.

Pool Points can only be redeemed for discounts at Ottawa Valley Pools Ltd. and have no cash value. Terms and conditions of using Pool Points are subject to change at any time.
